Julia Hoeng MBA, MS, PhD

Julia Hoeng is the Global Head of Discovery Life Sciences at Philip Morris International Research & Development where she leads the Systems Toxicology Biology Program, covering a portfolio of projects from in vitro, in vivo, and in silico research for product testing.

Julia holds several patents related to protein biochemistry, computational biology, biotechnology and has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles, and book chapters and invited strategic reviews in the field of Systems Toxicology, Inhalation Toxicology, Crowd Sourcing, Molecular, and Computational Biology

She holds a PhD Cambridge University and an MS in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
