Dr. Trivax graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology fellowship, and interventional cardiology fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He served as Chief Internal Medicine Resident, Chief Clinical Cardiology Fellow, and Chief Interventional Cardiology Fellow.

He serves as Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology, Dr. Trivax is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is actively involved in cardiovascular research and has authored numerous publications. He has lectured throughout the country on advanced interventional cardiology techniques and on the cardiac effects of extreme exercise. Clinical Interests are High risk percutaneous coronary intervention, complex coronary procedures, venous disease.
