Karen L. Swanson DO

Karen L. Swanson is a Chair in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine and in the Department of Internal Medicine, and a Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Pulmonary Medicine. She completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Western University of Health Sciences and Master of Science at the California State University. Dr. Swanson is interested in all aspects of interventional pulmonary procedures, including flexible and rigid bronchoscopy and pleural procedures.
