Karen Watts is a Neuroscientist with extensive experience in preclinical research and drug discovery for CNS disorders with training from both an academic and industrial perspective. Proven ability to combine vision, ingenuity, and subject matter expertise with well-developed project management skills to support novel target identification and early drug development. Experienced working with cross-functional research teams and wearing many hats in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical company. I am passionate about making a real impact by developing innovative medicines that address the unmet needs and challenges of people living with debilitating diseases.
