Katie Morel is a New York State-licensed clinical psychologist with experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, dynamic, and compassionate. She treats every patient as a unique individual and takes a goal-oriented approach to ensure that our time is spent making meaningful progress toward desired outcomes. She graduated from Stanford University with Honors in Psychology and received her doctorate from Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus. She also holds a Master of Science in Education from Lehman College and was a Teach For America Corps Member and Corps Member Advisor. She received pre-and post-doctoral training at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai St. Luke’s, New York City Children’s Center - Bronx Campus, Jewish Child Care Association - Foster Home Division, and Long Island University Brooklyn Campus Psychological Services Center. She is currently on faculty at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospitals.
