na DeBonis is the Director of Residency Education for the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Originally from New York City, she graduated from M.I.T. where she studied Brain and Cognitive Science, after which she went on to receive her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine. She matched at UCLA for psychiatry residency training and completed her intern year at Harbor-UCLA, as part of the Harbor-Track. She was Program Chief Resident during her PGY4 year and joined the faculty in 2011. Her involvement in medical and resident education has included serving as co-chair of the Medical Neurosciences curriculum for second year medical students, chair of the psychiatry clerkship, and chair of the curriculum committee for the residency program. Her clinical interests include college mental health and she has been the medical director of UCLA Student Behavioral Health Services since 2012.
