Keith Barnard

Dr. Keith David Barnard is a retired physician and Senior Fellow of New Westminster College. He graduated in 1966 from the Westminster Hospital Medical School, University of London earning the M.B., B.S., M.R.C.S., and L.R.C.P.
Dr. Barnard has a distinguished record of ethical leadership. He presently serves as Chair, Fareham Centre Practice Patient Participation Group and Non-executive Director and Lay Member of the Board of Governors of the Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Group.
