Kelly Lim APN

Kelly Lim is currently an Advanced Practice Nurse intern, specialising in Renal after my graduation. Prior to this, She have been working as a registered nurse for the last 13 years in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). In 2011, She underwent an advanced diploma course in critical care specialty. She went on to join the TTSH Renal Unit as one of their Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nurse in 2012. Besides focusing on nursing tasks to sustain the PD program, She also had the opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team during my work. She was an active member in quality improvement projects which focused on improving the rates of peritonitis and exit site infections.
