Kevin Ward PhD, MPH

Kevin Ward, PhD, MPH, has worked in cancer surveillance, registration and control for over 15 years. Dr. Ward is the Director of the Georgia Center for Cancer Statistics and an Assistant Professor of Epidemiology at Rollins School of Public Health of Emory University. Dr. Ward is a member of the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute. He also currently serves as the Principal Investigator for the National Cancer Institute's Georgia Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) Registry.

He is one of the current North American Regional Representatives on the Executive Board of the International Association of Cancer Registries and has been a member of the Registry Steering Committee of the Middle East Cancer Consortium since 2007. Within North America, he has been actively engaged in numerous leadership positions with the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries.
