Khairul Azmi Abdul Kadir MBBS, MRAD, NIR

Associate Professor Dr. Khairul Azmi Abdul Kadir is Head of the Department of Biomedical Imaging and Neurointreventional Radiology at the University Malaya Medical Centre. He completed his under and post-graduate studies at the Premier University of Malaysia, University of Malaya. He was trained in Therapeutic and Interventional Neuroradiology and obtained his Fellowship from Hacettepe University Hospital, Ankara, Turkey. Associate Professor Dr. Khairul Azmi subspecialises in intracranial aneurysms endovascular treatment, brain vascular malformation and tumor embolization, angioplasty, and stenting of arterial stenosis including carotid stenting and acute stroke intervention.
