Dr. Krzysztof Oles, MD, PhD, is a Professor at the National Institute of Oncology. He specializes in endoscopic surgery of the nose and maxillary sinuses, as well as tumors of the skull base.
He obtained the 2nd degree of specialization in otolaryngology in 1999, defended his doctoral thesis in 2004, and became an associate professor in 2014. Since 2016 he has been a professor at the Institute of Oncology in Gliwice. Before, for 10 years he has been treating patients at the Department of Otolaryngology of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Cracow. Currently, he works at Tommed Medical Center, Katowice, and the Institute of Oncology, Gliwice.
Over the years he has performed over two thousand procedures using endoscopic surgical techniques.
He participated in numerous training courses including microsurgery, reconstructive surgery, and advanced endoscopic surgery techniques, both domestically and abroad (Milano, Hradec-Kralove, Amsterdam). With equal commitment, he gets involved in oncological and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck.
