Lakshmi N. Rajdev MBBS, MD

Dr. Lakshmi Rajdev is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y. She completed her training in Hematology and Oncology at New York University Medical Center and also received a Masters in Clinical Research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She chairs or co-chairs both investigator initiated and cooperative group studies in esophagogastric cancer, and is an active member of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group EsophagoGastric Working Group. Dr. Rajdev is a rotating member of the EsophagoGastric Task Force of the National Cancer Institute Gastrointestinal Cancer Steering Committee. She is developing new therapies for gastrointestinal malignancies. She has written or co-written many articles, book chapters, and abstracts and is a frequent invited lecturer.
