Latha Ganti MD, MS, MBA, FACEP

Dr. Latha Ganti is the Vice Chair for Research and Academic Affairs for the University of Central Florida/HCA Emergency Medicine Residency Program of Greater Orlando and the 2018 recipient of the Council of Emergency Medicine Residency Directors (CORD) and Clerkship Directors in Emergency Medicine (CDEM) Distinguished Educator Awards.

Dr. Ganti has published extensively in the field of neurologic emergencies and is the founding editor in chief for the International Journal of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Ganti serves on several committees for the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), Society of Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM), and American Medical Association (AMA). She also serves as a scientific review officer for the United States Military’s Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs and is a member of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States (AMSUS).
