Laurie Loevner MD

Dr. Laurie A. Loevner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1998. She completed her radiology residency at the University of Michigan in 1993, followed by a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. She is currently a Professor of Radiology, Neurosurgery, Otorhinolaryngology, and Ophthalmology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and Division Chief of Neuroradiology.

Her clinical passion and expertise lie in skull base and head and neck imaging. Her research focuses on molecular MR imaging to evaluate squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck. She has served as the president of the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, the Eastern Neuroradiological Society, and the American Society of Neuroradiology.
