Laurie Conklin MD

Dr. Conklin is an expert pediatric gastroenterologist and Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease program at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC, where she is studying novel biomarkers in pediatric IBD. Dr. Conklin received her postdoctoral pediatric training at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center and completed a subspecialty clinical and research fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has also served as a Medical Officer in Pediatrics and Maternal Health at the FDA Center for Disease Evaluation and Research. She brings her clinical and regulatory expertise to ReveraGen, with the goal of improving treatments and clinical trials for children and adolescents with inflammatory diseases.
