As a faculty member in the Division of Hematologic Malignancies at Thomas Jefferson University, she focused on growing her academic career as a clinical researcher in acute leukemia, MDS, and MPNs. Since finishing her fellowship in 2018, she has built a clinical trial portfolio as an investigator and has been involved in all aspects of designing and implementing therapeutic trials. She serves as PI on IITs, industry-sponsored trials, and cooperative group trials. She is also interested in improving care delivery to patients with hematologic malignancies and has collaborated on several interdisciplinary projects focusing on novel strategies to improve resource utilization and medication adherence, particularly through the use of mobile health technologies. Finally, she is actively involved in medical education at the UME and GME levels and serves as an Associate Program Director in the hematology/oncology fellowship program.
