Lisa Thimmesch MD

Lisa Thimmesch has more than 22 years of experience in sterile injectables at Pfizer’s McPherson, Kansas, facility. Since 2012, Lisa has served as the site’s Quality Manager for Pfizer’s One 2 One™ parenteral contract manufacturing service. In this role, Lisa oversees quality for biopharma-partner medicines, ensuring they are manufactured according to regulatory requirements and GMPs. She hosts more than 30 partner and agency audits per year. Working directly with partner quality personnel, Lisa remains their central quality contact starting before contracts are signed and throughout the manufacture of their drug product. Prior to her current position, Lisa held various roles at the McPherson site in quality, compliance and manufacturing groups. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from McPherson College, McPherson, Kansas, and a master’s in management and leadership from Webster University, Webster Groves, Missouri.
