For over 20 years, she has been passionate about providing older adults with sophisticated living, state-of-the-art technology, and wellness that surpasses the highest benchmark. Throughout her career, Alford has embraced the “disruptive theory” and has explored ways to challenge the status quo to improve the life of seniors and the workplace environment.
