Lubna Sorathia MD

Dr. Sorathia is board certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine, hospice, and palliative care. She earned her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency at Sacred Heart Hospital, Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Sorathia also completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of Colorado. Dr. Sorathia strives to help older adults enjoy their lives and accomplishments. She is passionate about the interdisciplinary team approach and all that the PACE program has to offer.

Dr. Sorathia and her husband enjoy skiing and traveling internationally with their children. They especially enjoy visiting national parks. Each InnovAge participant has a team of medical experts dedicated to providing personalized healthcare. Dr. Sorathia is a member of our coordinated healthcare team for InnovAge Colorado PACE.
