Mahmood Majeed is a Managing Partner with ZS Associates and leads the ZS Global Business Technology Solutions Practice Area. For the past 17 years, he has partnered with top fortune 500 Life Sciences Companies advising clients on commercial business transformation and enablement of analytics to drive commercial success.
Mahmood is a C-level advisor and strategic leader for enterprise technology and commercial transformation, with a focus on business process optimization and advanced analytics. He has extensive experience helping organizations drive increased revenue, improve collaboration, innovate and deliver value from investments in technology and analytics. Mahmood’s areas of expertise include: big data, predictive analytics, advanced business insights, customer-centric marketing, sales and marketing process optimization and integration of sales and marketing functions with Enterprise IT to enable real business transformation.
In his work across 50+ life sciences companies at ZS Associates, Mahmood contributes by developing Thought Leadership, Intellectual Property (IP) and Firm Assets that are well adopted by the industry and is frequently consulted by various clients on his deep subject matter expertise.
As a Managing Principal of the ZS Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Practice, Mahmood is responsible for the practice area’s P&L, GTM strategy and execution, development of IP and solutions, technology partnerships and firms’ thought leadership in this area.
Mahmood is an avid industry speaker and enjoys sharing his extensive experience and industry best practices on how to succeed in sales and marketing with analytics. He has extensive public speaking experience at large technology conferences, industry seminars and intimate client forums. Mahmood holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management, a MS in Computer Science from DePaul University and BS in Architectural Design from University of Oklahoma.
