Marcin Barczynski MD, PhD, FEBS-ES

Dr. Marcin Barczynski is Professor of Surgery at the Jagiellonian University, Medical College, Department of Endocrine Surgery. Dr. Barczynski was trained in general, endocrine surgery, and in surgical oncology at the University of Halle, and University of Essen, Germany, and received training in minimally invasive surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, USA.

Dr. Barczynski has served currently as President-Elect of the European Society of Endocrine Surgeons (ESES) and a member of the Steering Committee of the International Neural Monitoring Study Group (INMSG) for Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery, and Secretary of the UEMS Division of Endocrine Surgery of the European Board of Surgery.
