Marco Antonio Alcocer Gamba MD, PhD, FACC, FESC, FSIAC

Dr. Marco Antonio Alcocer Gamba graduated as a Surgeon from the Autonomous University of Queretaro (UAQ). He has 2 Specialties, the first in Internal Medicine and the second in Cardiology. Later he made a Subspecialty in Interventional Cardiology. He also completed a Master's degree abroad in Invasive Cardiology. To finish his studies he carried out a Doctorate in Health Sciences.

He has more than 25 years of experience and is an expert in acute myocardial infarction, cardiac catheterization, coronary stenting, ischemic heart disease, atherosclerosis, and cardiovascular risk assessment, to name a few.

He is currently Chief of Interventional Cardiology at the Heart Institute of Queretaro.

He is a member of important medical associations, including the European Society of Cardiology, the Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology, the Mexican Society of Cardiology, and the Interventional Cardiology Society of Querétaro.

Thanks to this, Dr. Alcocer Gamba is recognized as one of the best specialists in Adult Cardiology in Querétaro.
