Mark E. Stark MD

Dr. Stark currently serves as a consultant with the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. As well as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine from both the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).

Dr. Stark served as a Major in the Medical Corps for the United States Air Force. In 1987, he received The Air Force Commendation Medal awarded for Outstanding Service as Chief Resident and Staff Internist in 1987. He currently still serves in the Medical Corps for the United States Air Force. Dr. Stark was also awarded the Mayo Foundation Distinguished Educator Award from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in 2004.
