Psychiatrist. Assistant professor at Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University (Department of Medicine, Unit of Psychiatry and Mental Health), visiting professor at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and Universidad Federico Villareal, attending psychiatrist at Instituto Peruano de Paternidad Responsible (a branch of IPPF), where she is also an advisor in the AMA (Atención a la Mujer Ahora) project, which endeavors to protect the rights and improve services for women experiencing unwanted pregnancy. This work comprises training and empowering providers in the recognition and early management of common psychiatric symptoms in women of reproductive age.
