Martin Allen MB, ChB, FRCP, FCCP

Dr Martin Allen's areas of expertise include respiratory medicine, specifically sleep and ventilatory support. His areas of interest are all aspects of sleep medicine, managing COPD general respiratory medicine, re-design of services and teaching. Moving from a consultant post in Bradford, he joined University Hospitals of North Midlands​ in 1996 as a consultant physician and has been involved in the development of many aspects of respiratory medicine at the Trust. He has a role in education at both undergraduate level and at postgraduate via extensive links with the British Thoracic Society/ Department of Health.
