Martin Kelley PT, DPT, OCS

Martin J. Kelley, PT, DPT, OCS received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2005 and has been a practising physical therapist since graduating from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College) in 1984. He is an American Physical Therapy Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS). He is an advanced clinician, specializing in shoulder rehabilitation and is a member of the University of Pennsylvania Shoulder and Elbow Service. He has presented both nationally and internationally and has multiple publications on examination and treatment of shoulder disorders.
