Dr Ginks was appointed Consultant Cardiologist at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust in March 2013. He gained an MD in new therapeutic approaches to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy and won a clinical research fellow award at the Heart Rhythm Society meeting in the US in 2009.
He was awarded first class honours in a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacology and graduated with honours in Medicine from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 2000. He trained in cardiology at The London Chest Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital and was started work as a Consultant Cardiologist in Oxford in early 2013.
