Matthew Handel BA, MS

Matthew Handel joined G&W in June 2015 as Vice President of Commercial Search and Evaluation. In this role and as a member of the company’s Commercial Leadership Team, Matt is responsible for building the business development process, analyzing the commercial potential of product acquisition, licensing and partnership opportunities, and for leading the product selection process for internal development.Matt has 25 years of pharmaceutical experience in business development, strategy, forecasting, and commercial product development both globally and in the US. Prior to joining G&W, he spent 11 years at Shire Pharmaceuticals.
