Michael A. Finn MD

Dr. Michael Finn joined the Department of Neurosurgery after completing a neurosurgical residency at the University of Utah and an orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at the University of Wisconsin. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Finn primarily specializes in the surgical treatment of spinal disorders. Having received both neurosurgical and orthopedic spine training, he brings a unique complement of skills to the department in the diagnosis and management of spinal pathologies. He has a particular interest in the treatment of trauma, spinal tumors, deformities, and degenerative disease processes affecting the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
