Michael Ragan

Michael Ragan is a senior member of the medical technology team within the Piper Jaffray healthcare investment banking group. Ragan has more than 14 years of investment banking experience across a full range of services, including initial public offerings, spin-offs, follow-on equity and convertible financings, private capital financings, debt financings and merger and acquisitions advisories for public and private clients.

Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Ragan spent over eight years in the healthcare investment banking groups at Jefferies and UBS in New York and San Francisco. He also worked in the corporate finance departments in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and at Chase Securities, a J.P. Morgan predecessor firm.
