Michelle Ghert MD, FRCSC

Dr. Michelle Ghert joined the Faculty at McMaster in 2005 after completing residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center and a fellowship in Orthopaedic Oncology and Molecular Biology at the University of Toronto. Her clinical practice focuses on primary bone and soft-tissue sarcomas in both the adult and pediatric populations. She is currently the Associate Program Director for the Orthopaedic Training Program, and Deputy Director for Research at the Centre for Evidence-Based Orthopaedics. Dr. Ghert has broad research interests ranging from Molecular Biology, to Medical Education, to Clinical Epidemiology and Clinical Trials.
