Mohit Kapoor PhD

Dr. Kapoor graduated from the University of Otago (Dunedin, New Zealand) with a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology, after which he conducted two postdoctoral fellowships from Western University (London, ON), and the University of Kentucky (Lexington, KY). Prior to his arrival at UHN, Dr. Kapoor worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Montreal. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery and Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at the University of Toronto. He is also an adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montreal. Dr. Kapoor heads the cartilage biology research within the Arthritis Program at the Toronto Western Research Institute. He has published over 50 research article, reviews and book/book chapters.
