Nils Hijlkema MSc

Nils is co-owner and chief commercial officer at TenWise B.V. Nils Hijlkema MSc has a background in Industrial Engineering and Management and started his career in grants consultancy at Ernst & Young in supporting companies in its innovations. In 2009 he started working for NIZO in which he created new collaborations with start-ups and multinationals in the personal care, probiotics, and pharma sectors. His experience is in advising on set-ups for and funding (Eurostars, H2020, Interreg) of in vitro screenings, clinical trials, and upscaled productions of bacterial strains and compounds.
