Dr. Osvaldo Costa Moreira, MExSc, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physical Education at the Federal University of Vicosa. His Clinical Interests are Muscle Strength, Strength, Conditioning, Body Composition, Exercise Physiology, Resistance Training, Sport Physiology, Performance Tests in Sports, Exercise Science, and Muscle Physiology. His primary research interest focuses on the morphophysiological effects of resistance training.
