Patti Owens provides consultation services in the areas of medical and aesthetic laser training programs along with in-office management services. Her expertise in the theory and clinical aspects of a cosmetic practice, along with over 13 years of hands-on treatments using various laser and light based devices, offers students a comprehensive focus into this ever expanding technology.

Patti Owens is presently working with Dr. Mark Sofonio, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, as a surgical, aesthetic and PACU nurse in Rancho Mirage, CA. Patti’s previous employer for 13 years was Dr. James Brazil MD, Dermatologist, at the Olympic Dermatology and Laser Clinic in Olympia, WA. Patti managed the laser/aesthetic and marketing program along with performing a variety of cosmetic and aesthetic laser procedures. Her expertise encompasses laser / IPL / and radiofrequency devices in treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, facial rejuvenation, and body contouring. She is also well versed in facial injectables for volumization and wrinkle reduction. She has been a clinical investigator in the planning and initiation of various FDA studies
