Peter Green MD, FRCPC

Dr. Green is a graduate of Dalhousie Medical School and completed Royal College fellowships in Internal Medicine and Dermatology from Dalhousie University. He holds a full time position in the Department of Medicine as a Professor of Dermatology and a cross appointment in the Department of Pathology. He is former chair of SunSafe Nova Scotia and worked with government to develop and enact legislation restricting tanning bed use for minors. He was awarded the Doctors Nova Scotia Physicians Health Promotion Award in 2015 for his work in skin cancer prevention.
