Raymond Liu, MD, is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and UH Ahuja Medical Center. He also is Director of Pediatric Orthopaedics at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, and Assistant Professor, Orthopedics and Pediatrics, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Liu also sees patients at UH Westlake and UH Medina health centers.

Dr. Liu is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and has a special interest in limb and hip deformities and pediatric orthopaedics. He was appointed to the UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital staff in 2010.

Dr. Liu earned a bachelor’s degree in premedical bioengineering, summa cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, San Diego, Calif., where he was a Regents Scholar, and elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Md. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at UH Cleveland Medical Center, a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery as the Lena Sefton Clark Endowed Fellow at Rady Children’s Hospital, San Diego, Calif., and a mini-fellowship in limb deformity under the direction of Dror Paley, MD, at St Mary’s Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Fla.
