Rebecca Wells PhD, MHSA

Dr. Wells’s research focuses on how human service organizations improve health services access for marginalized populations. This includes the implementation of inter- and intra-organizational cooperation. She often uses mixed methods, including regression, social network analyses, and qualitative techniques. She is the past chair of the Academy of Management Health Care Management Division. Dr. Wells has published in Health Services Research, Medical Care, Medical Care Research & Review, and Social Science & Medicine, among other journals. Professional recognitions include the John D. Thompson Young Investigators Award and the American Sociological Association Mental Health Section’s Best Paper Award.
