Dr. Richard Kozarek is Director of the Digestive Disease Institute at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington and specializes in gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel diseases, gastrointestinal cancer and pancreatic & biliary tract disease.
He received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison and went on to complete a fellowship in gastroenterology at Phoenix Veterans Administration Medical Center of the University of Arizona in Phoenix and Tucson. Dr. Kozarek is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
