Robert J. Snyder DPM, MSc, MBA, CWSP

Dr. Snyder specializes in wound care and has published several book chapters and more than 165 papers in peer-reviewed and trade journals on wound healing and limb preservation. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management (Certified Wound Specialist) and served as its president. Dr. Snyder was also president of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care.

He earned a graduate degree in wound healing and tissue repair from Cardiff University, Wales College of Medicine in the United Kingdom, and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Snyder is completing an MBA in Healthcare from George Washington University. He is a Faculty Fellow in Podiatric Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow).

A sought-after speaker at national and international symposia, Dr. Snyder continues to dedicate his practice to wound management and limb preservation. A podiatrist for more than 40 years, he performs numerous randomized control trials/studies per year as principal or lead investigator.
