Satheesh K. Kathula, MD is a graduate of Siddhartha Medical College in Vijayawada, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Kathula is board-certified in medical oncology and hematology and is a Diplomate of American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is a clinical professor of medicine at Wright State University and is president-elect of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.
Dr. Kathula has been very active in the community for more than 2 decades sand served on numerous local and national boards. He has won several awards locally and nationally including the Man of the Year award- The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 2018. Dr. Kathula has been treating cancer patients for more than 20 years and has a special interest in lung cancer, blood cancers, GI and prostate cancers.
