Scott Brannan, MD, nationally-recognized clinician, author and speaker, has performed over 3,000 Lower Extremity Arterial Reconstructions for Limb Salvage. Dr. Brannan has dedicated his professional career to the treatment of PAD, specializing in Critical Limb Ischemia. He is one of few US physicians who routinely perform infrapopliteal, inframalleolar, and digital arterial reconstruction procedures to prevent amputations. Since 2012, Dr. Brannan has performed over 3000 successful inframalleolar arterial interventions, most of which included pedal plantar loop reconstruction for CLI.

Dr. Brannan’s mission is to reduce the rate of major amputation amongst frail and at-risk populations, specifically within Native American Communities of the American Southwest, but he also has a large commercial population of patients that he serves in Maricopa County. Scott is an invited speaker and faculty member at numerous international, national and local vascular conferences educating colleagues about the latest advancements in PAD treatment and prevention. Dr. Brannan’s dedication to expanding the concept of multidisciplinary limb preservation teams informs his entire practice.
