Dr. Shevaun Mackie Doyle is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who specializes in fractures, clubfoot, pediatric hip disorders, torticollis and limb deformities. Her clinical expertise across a wide range of pediatric orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal deformities allows her to treat the whole patient and provide a continuum of care for children of all ages, from birth into young adulthood.

While attending New York Medical College, Dr. Doyle attained several honors, including the New York Medical College Department of Orthopedic Surgery Award, the Cor et Manus Award, and the New York Medical College Annual Medical Student Research Forum Award. After completing her residency in orthopedic surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery and fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at duPont Hospital for Children, she spent nine years in private practice.

In 2007, Dr. Doyle returned to HSS as a member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Service where she currently supervises the pediatric orthopedic medical student core curriculum and professional medical education. At the hospital and nationally, Dr. Doyle actively participates on both instructional and administrative committees dedicated to promote pediatric orthopedic education.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Doyle is an active member of multiple professional orthopedic associations and the faculty director and educator for the Perry Initiative, a mentoring program for female high school students interested in orthopedic surgery and engineering. She is also a faculty member of the Ponseti International Association, a global leader in training and educating providers on the treatment of congenital clubfoot.
