Dr. SiriChand Khalsa – is a Mayo Clinic–trained physician, Dr. SiriChand is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Hospice Medicine—with over 30 years of clinical and educational experience. She’s dedicated her life to uncovering what truly fosters long-term vitality, including two years of intensive Ayurvedic study with renowned teacher Dr. Vasant Lad both in the U.S. and in India.
Along the way, Dr. SiriChand has shaped some of the most forward-thinking integrative medicine programs. She’s been a faculty contributor at the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine Fellowship, founded by Dr. Andy Weil, and served as the national lead of Integrative Medicine at One Medical. She’s taught physicians nationwide how to deliver authentic Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine, and even provided Ayurvedic consults at the Chopra Center for Whole Health Retreat. Her unique immersive course in Ayurveda empowers clinicians to better serve their patients while preventing burnout in their own lives.
But her most profound lessons came when she battled long COVID, discovering deeper self-healing strategies firsthand. Today, she shares those insights to help other medical professionals build thriving practices while maintaining the lifestyle principles they champion.
