Dr. Kroeker graduated from Oklahoma State University and then attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma College Of Medicine. Thereafter, Dr. Kroeker completed her general surgery residency at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where she was awarded Chief Resident of the Year and the Resident Research Award. After completing her residency, she underwent a head and neck surgery fellowship at Mt. Sinai Hospital with the University of Toronto.
Dr. Teresa Kroeker is a leading thyroid and parathyroid surgeon based in Austin, Texas. She treats patients not only throughout Texas but also takes care of patients who travel from all over the country and world. She has extensive experience in central and lateral neck dissections as well as reoperative surgery for thyroid cancer and hyperparathyroidism. During her head and neck surgery fellowship, she heavily focused in thyroid surgery and parathyroid surgery. She was chosen to serve on the faculty for the World Thyroid Congress, and also serves on the Endocrine Section Committee for the American Head and Neck Society.
