Tim Joda MSc, DMD

Tim Joda received his MSc (Prosth) for his work on the prevalence of peri-implant disease. He is an Assistant Professor at the Division of Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Bern/ Switzerland. He is triple-trained as Specialist in Prosthodontics, Implant Dentistry and Periodontology. Moreover, Dr. Joda is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine Boston/ USA.

His main clinical interests are fixed implant rehabilitation concepts. Dr. Joda initiated several projects in the field of clinical and translational research related to digital dental technologies and optimization of implant workflows. In 2013, Dr. Joda received an ITI-Grant for his project “Full digital workflow for the CAD/CAM-production of monolithic implant crowns” and he won the SSRD Research Award.
