Tobias Vogt PhD

Dr. Tobias Vogt, Ph.D. is a Head at the German Sport University Cologne. He devotes research projects to sport-specific mediation research, especially in mass, school, and (young) competitive sports. One focus is on learning and acting in movement and, more fundamentally, movement control.

He was invited to research stays lasting several months (Australia, England), worked regularly in research and teaching at Waseda University (Japan) between 2016 and 2018 to set up a funded graduate school, and was appointed to the Faculty of Sport Sciences for three years in 2019 Adjunct Associate Professor Appointed.

Tobias Vogt represents the German Sport University Cologne in the 'Research Association for Children and Youth Sports NRW' and is a fellow and member of the Scientific Committee of the European College of Sport Science.
