Todd Noggle is the Director of Clinic Operations with Aurora Health Care in Green Bay where he is
responsible for several medical specialty practices. Previously he was the Director of Consulting and
Outpatient Services with Monroe Clinic. Todd has worked in healthcare for the past 20 years in various
roles. He started his career as a Mental Health Counselor and worked with at-risk youth, families, and
individual counseling. Early in his career he realized he had a passion for leadership and began taking on
multiple supervisory roles as well as being a therapist. In 2011 he transitioned to full time management
with Monroe Clinic as the Practice Manager for the Behavioral Health Department and after nine months
he was promoted to Director and became responsible for fifteen medical specialty practices.
Todd has earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare from University of St Francis in July 2015 and also a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of
Honolulu. He is a board member of the Wisconsin Medical Group Management Association and also a
member of the Medical Group Management Association. Todd is a Board Certified Medical Practice
Executive and is planning on completing his Fellowship in the American College of Medical Practice
Executives in 2016. He continues to maintain his Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor, National
Certified Counselor, and his Illinois Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
