Dr. Valerio Pazienza, PhD actually hold Principal Investigator position at the Gastroenterology Unit of IRCCS "Casa Sollievo Della Sofferenza", Hospital San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy focusing on the interaction of gut microbiota and chemoresistant processes in gastrointestinal tumors. Starting from the Ph.D. I'm involved in the innovation and development of Health Food and new ingredients for human disease based on biotherapeutic and probiotic microorganisms.
