Wojtek Mydlarz, M.D., is the director of Johns Hopkins Head and Neck Surgery for the National Capitol Region, as well as an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery for Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Mydlarz is board certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Mydlarz specializes in the treatment of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck, including the upper aerodigestive tract, salivary glands, thyroid, skin and soft tissue.

Dr. Mydlarz received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He also completed a Science of Clinical Investigation Training Program at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as specialized fellowship training in head and neck surgical oncology at the renowned M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Mydlarz went on to serve as a clinical specialist in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center before becoming clinical faculty at Johns Hopkins. He also previously served as the director of the Otolaryngology Consulting Service for Johns Hopkins.
